An Infrared sauna helps you relax while getting an invigorating deep tissue sweat, leaving you fully refreshed, rejuvenated & renewed. Infrared saunas provide a gentle, soothing therapeutic heat that promotes relaxation & improved sleep. The heat increases your blood circulation to help stimulate the sweat glands, releasing built up toxins in the body.
Salt therapy, aka halo-therapy, is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial – 100% natural, drug-free, and safe. Breathing in dry salt can help improve your overall wellness by removing toxins from your respiratory system, cleansing your skin, boosting your immune system, and more.
The SolTec Lounge delivers a sound, magnetic and vibration therapy session that improves overall sense of well-being & tranquility, and profoundly relaxes the body and mind.
Your Therapists will greet you when it’s time for your treatments and you will be guided to your separate private rooms, where you can take a moment to discuss your thoughts with your therapist.

Swedish (relaxation) or Deep Tissue Massage
Our Swedish (relaxation) or Deep Tissue Massages are offered in couple’s or group sessions. Relax and detox in the sauna as you inhale the salty air, the particles penetrate deep within your respiratory system and are absorbed by your skin. It is a wonderful way to spend time with your loved one before your treatment. When it’s time you will be taken to your separate rooms where you can take a moment to discuss your thoughts about your experience with your therapist. Your massage will incorporate elements of Swedish (relaxation), or deep tissue. Your therapist may also include a hot stone, essential oils or warm towels depending on what your body needs.
60 minute (Swedish/Relaxation)...$139 per person

Body Scrub Massage
Refresh, exfoliate and nourish with a rejuvenating Body Scrub Massage. You'll leave feeling soft, smooth and hydrated from neck to toes! Treat your skin to a scrub that leaves it feeling as soft and smooth as silk. This service starts you off with a warm relaxing oil massage, followed by a scented sugar or salt scrub. We then remove with hot towels throughout, sure to be a relaxing and renewing experience. We close the service by applying a body butter so your skin, leaving you silky smooth and full of life; perfect for the transition of seasons.
To avoid sensitivity please avoid sun exposure and do not shave your legs for at least 24 hours prior to a body scrub.
